Cakes are delicious but the customer service is awful. I called them and told them that I was coming from far away to buy a cake for my daughter's birthday. I arrived at the exact closing time (5:00) and the lady closed the door literally right before that time, practically in our face.

I buy cakes here all the time. Excellent and consistent flavor. Always fresh. You can order online, but they do have fresh cakes daily. I love their flavor!

Order 10 bags of 5 lbs presto they cancel 5 and 5 came all open. The owner did return the shipment and only 5 bags. She agree to send 5 lbs bags of presto which she still charge for them and send to her expense since the poor shipment and is now may I’m still awaiting on her. I did send her pictures. But she reply that she never received them so I send them several times and nothing yet. I will never do business with her. Her shipping is not updated and when I did my order of ten they were available for 80 something for shipping. So it was send not adequately just thrown in a box and all came damage open flour every where. She agreed to send me 5 and she will cover shipping but not only she took my 50.00 she never did come threw awful customer service.

I've been trying to order a cake for a week everytime I called no one picks up. The website doesn't work to order online. Yesterday my friend finally got through the lady said to call back in 10 minutes called back no due to website not working I've been calling all day no answer. Either it will ring forever or it will sound busy. Not good for buissness hire a receptionist or something if your website is not working properly. Your loosing customers.

🌟Review Update 04/26/2022🌟 It took me five years to go back to this store due to my first bad experince. Today it was different, so am doing the right thing and updating my review. The service of the employee was satirizing and they were polite the entire time! They also answered all of the questions we had about the business! The store was incredibly organized and well maintained, I value this from a business because it puts a good character outreach! The cake looked amazing and it smelled incredibly rich, anyone wanting to get some good Puerto Rican cakes and baking materials!

I ordered a cake thru doordash and when we ate it the cake was salty and had a bad taste. Nobody in our party liked. Since we didnt eat it until late we called the next morning and we informed the lady that answered the phone and instead of an apology or trying to fix the issue all she said was well Ill tell her referring to the owner when she gets back and she may not be back until Monday. I think customer service could be a lot better. I paid 25 dollars for a cake that we will not be able to eat. They could have offer to get us a different cake but nothing was offered. We shall see if the owner actually calls on Monday.
